Hello, and thank you for visiting my profile page. I look forward to a long association with Suite101 as a place to share my writing talent and expertise. For me, the love of writing started early, when I wrote short stories and essays as a seven-year-old in a Catholic elementary school. Teachers at that level and all the way through high school encouraged me and applauded me, launching me on my career.

Two of my novels Squire of Metatron and Crossing the Veil are available on Lulu.com http://stores.lulu.com/store.php?fAcctID=1315409. You can also find seventeen of my articles on Associated Content, where I write under my pseudonym, Myriam Bloomberg http://www.associatedcontent.com/user/70849/myriam_bloomberg.html. My fourth novel Worthy is currently under negotiations with agents and publishers.

My background and interests are diverse. Originally from Westchester County, New York, I have also lived in Connecticut, Kansas City, Cincinnati, eastern Kentucky, the Acadiana area near Lafayette, Louisiana, central Florida, and presently in southern California, near Los Angeles. Some of my passions include physical fitness: I occasionally make convention appearances as a recreation of the 1960s era Catwoman, and I like to promote good nutrition and simple living. Like any writer, I read voraciously, and my favorite authors are Ken Follett and Anne Tyler. I love the internet, also, and enjoy gaming sites and publishing sites and especially Ebay where I have sold handcrafted dancewear and am always looking for new machines to add to my growing collection of classic Apple laptops.
